Lost in the Loop
Every since I moved into the Loop I felt like I couldn't keep up with everything that was going on in the city - from happy hours to neighborhood festivals. So I decided to create an easy to follow guide for those like me that want to know about grand openings of swanky restaurants or $3 empanada specials. I'm no longer Lost in the Loop - I'm in the Loop!

Coming SOON to a table near YOU
If you're a FOODIE like me then you like to stay abreast of new restaurants opening soon. Especially during this time of year alfresco dining is what's happening! I'm excited about this restaurant coming SOON to a table near you!
Quay - 465 E. Illinois Street - Scheduled to open in July 2011
Quay will serve American cuisine by Executive Chef Nolan Narut (former sous chef at David Burke's Primehouse). Fashioned after a Miami beach resort the restaurant will offer three massive rooms (main bar, dining room and solarium) featuring 45 plasma TV's throughout. The solarium and patio area has floor to ceiling windows facing the river and will allow guests to enjoy alfresco dining. Boaters will also have access to a 2,000 ft dock to stop by and enjoy a meal!
I hope they stay on schedule because this sounds AMAZING! To check out more about Quay click the link below.
